So you want to be a bodybuilder? You fantasize of ripped muscles and a well defined six pack. While many dream of aspiring to the bodybuilding realm, few actually reach that pinnacle. In order to build the muscle required to become a competitive bodybuilder, one must endure a rigorous fitness routine, which include hours of weightlifting.
